The School Induction Programme of Mount Tabor Training College student-teachers started on 23/11/2022. I, Prabhav A K, did my induction programme at St. Stephen's Higher Secondary School, Pathanapuram along with Rijo M John, Sonia Sherly Kurian, and Sreelekshmi M J. Most of the classes were taken in two groups of which I teamed with Rijo. On the first day, we talked with the headmaster Mr Sleba Varghese sir to know about the school, its history and its infrastructure. We also visited the lab, library, basketball court and so on. On the rest of the days, we interacted with students during free periods to know about their tastes and interests. We also taught three hours on various topics and got chances to observe the classes of both teachers and student-teachers in St Stephens School. It came to an end on 29/11/2022 and we left the school after thanking the headmaster.
